RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS

We take a good-natured approach to requests for an exchange or refund of goods in original condition. We just ask that you return all parts and packaging in a within 14 days for prompt assistance by one of our consultants. Custom-made items, Special Orders, Gift cards cannot be refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Jewellery must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories. In the case of jewellery containing certified diamonds or gemstones, the original laboratory grading report is an integral part of the product and cannot be re-printed, therefore we will not accept items back if they are returned without their original certificates. Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition. All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch.

Faulty goods may be returned at any time and will be rectified in accordance with your statutory rights.  Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our guarantees are not intended as a substitute for insurance cover. In the case of genuine accidental loss or damage we will provide you with appropriate professional assistance including a quote to repair or replace the item if necessary.

RETURN TO STORE

If you purchased your item online, you may return it to our store in Town Hall Square, Sydney. If that is not convenient, you may return the item by post or courier. If you would like to make an exchange, please call ahead to confirm that the alternate item is available.

Returns to the store must include the original packing slip or if you no longer have the packing slip, bring a copy of your shipping confirmation email or the online purchase receipt displayed during checkout. As mentioned previously all products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork (such as watch instruction booklets or diamond certificates) and accessories to ensure the transaction flows smoothly.

One of our Sales Consultants will assist you with the return. Should a refund be required, we will process it to the same source of payment as the purchase. Please note that your original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

RETURN BY POST OR COURIER

Please notify us that you intend to return an item so that we can keep track and notify you if it is not received. You can do this using the Contact Us form on this website or phone our store in Sydney on (02) 9267 1084.

Please pack the item securely, using the original package if possible. Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip. If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.

If you would like an exchange, please let us know the details of the alternate item.  All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking services (e.g. registered post). If you let us know the courier and tracking number, we can monitor the progress of the shipment back to us.

Ensure your sender name and address is clearly displayed and to enhance security we highly recommend you do not use the word Jewellery in our address or elsewhere on the outer packaging.

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package to ensure it is returned to our store. You can expect a refund within seven (7) days of our receiving your returned product. The refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
